Sunday, 6 June 2021 – Fuzzy and cloudy Sunday

Good evening from Tokyo under the third time state of emergency.
Day 43.

Today was a fuzzy and cloudy Sunday. The forecast said rain, but it didn’t rain much, and it was chilly all day, the sky was grey and dark with clouds. In the early evening, finally the sky was slightly blue. I couldn’t go out anywhere to see the hydrangeas. I’m thinking about how beautiful their colours are in their best season. I wouldn’t like to miss those colours. The blue of the hydrangea is the blue of the sky, don’t you think?

I hope to take many new photos of hydrangeas next week. I wish it’ll be clear.

Today’s photos are of Kanzan, a variety of double cherry blossoms. I shot those on 7 April.
