Tuesday, 16 March 2021 – I found a few cherry blossoms in bloom

Good evening from Tokyo under the state of emergency.
Day 68.

Very short version again.
As I wrote yesterday, today I could go to the park checking the cherry blossoms (Somei-yoshino Cherry blossoms).
Tokyo was like in early summer today. Nevertheless, the cherry trees in my neighbourhood park were still filled with buds, most of them not yet in bloom. It was just as I had expected. Anyway, I found a few cherry blossoms in bloom, and could take their photos. I want to be hopeful, like the signs of spring have appeared in this Pandemic world. Like in Robert Schumann’s Piano Concerto. (Why Schumann? Tomorrow I plan to listen to this Concerto in the concert hall.)

Have a nice dream. Good night.

Wear a mask and wash your hands.
Stay safe and healthy πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜·πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––
