Friday, 1 October 2021 – Lovely pony photos from 2016

Good morning and good evening from Tokyo after the state of emergency has been completely lifted.
Day 1.

However, I haven’t yet decided whether I should continue counting the days in this style.

In Tokyo, it’s dawn on morning of 2 October, but I post this as my diary for 1 October.

An extremely strong typhoon has passed over Tokyo.

Criticisms against the new LDP leader are growing. He will be nominated as the 100th Prime Minister by the Diet on 4 October. Although he has not yet done anything as PM, it is expected that he will make appointments based on blood and connections, in the bad tradition of the LDP.

Koike, the Governor of Tokyo, will launch a new political party. Many people think that she will return to the Diet in the next national election and try to get the PM’s chair. It is not yet known whether her new party will join the LDP or the opposition in a coalition.

Also this week, I disposed of around 80 of my old DVD-RWs. I moved all the date stored on them, including photos, to my new portable HDDs. I found some lovely pony photos among them, which I took in the spring of 2016. I post those today. I took them on 12 April 2016.

Good morning. Good night.
Have a great weekend. Beautiful dreams!
