Friday, 23 July 2021 – A crazy hot day

Good evening from Tokyo under the fourth time state of emergency.
Day 12.

Today was also a crazy hot day. At least 3 more weeks like this, after the mid August it’ll be a little bit cooler.

It was the same as usual in Japan today. The heat is like a burning inferno here, the Tokyo Olympic Committee failed again. And the Olympic Nazi, Thomas “Hitler” Bach, was criticised and really hated by the people living in Japan also today. Tonight, in Tokyo, where I live, the Olympic opening ceremony took place, but I didn’t care about it. I spent that hour listening to the music of Indiana Jones, composed by John Williams. It was very rare version arranged for 2 pianos. You can find and enjoy this album on Spotify.

By the way, the results of the preliminary round of the Chopin Competition will be announced tonight in Warsaw, Poland. It’s the early morning of tomorrow in Japan time. Piano fans all around the world are waiting for the results. But I have to go to bed. Tomorrow is going to be extremely hot in Tokyo, again.

Good night. Have a wonderful weekend.

Wear a mask and wash your hands.
Stay safe and healthy πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜·πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––
