Saturday, 17 July 2021 – Today I went to the Toppan Hall

Good evening from Tokyo under the fourth time state of emergency.
Day 6.

Today’s diary is much shorter than usual. I have to go to bed now.

Today I went to the Toppan Hall in the heart of Tokyo. I listened to a fantastic fortepiano recital. Chopin and Schumann were played by a young pianist, Naruhiko Kawaguchi. It was almost like a dream time. However, today was terribly hot and I walked a lot, so I’m very tired. I hope to write more about this concert later. After today’s concert, I saw the beautiful sunset. Please see the previous post in my feed.

A photo I post here is Toppan Koishikawa Building, where Toppan Hall is inside. Toppan is one of the leading printing companies in Japan.

Have a good night. Have a beautiful weekend!
