Tuesday, 6 July 2021 – Anytime the hopelessness is close to me with an old friend’s face

Good evening from Tokyo, where the second time Semi-emergency Spread Prevention Measures have been applied.
Day 16.

Recently, it’s very typical rainy season weather. Although the humidty is high, it’s easier to spent days than mid-summer, because it’s not too hot. Now, on the Sea of Japan side, heavy rain is falling and there are fears of disaster.

Another follow-up news on the landslide which occurred in Atami City on 3 July. The death toll is now 7 and 27 people are still not contacted. It’s not clear even whether all 27 are victims of the landslide or not.

Recently I’ve been very busy with my job and I’m very depressed because of personal matters. The bad weather makes me feel more depressed. But if the weather is nice, perhaps I’ll still be depressed in my current situation. I always want to believe there is hope. However, anytime the hopelessness is close to me with an old friend’s face.

I don’t have any new photos, so I post here some photos of the roses I took in May.

The number of shots of the Covid-19 vaccine in Japan has exceeded 50 million.

People who received at least one shot of the vaccine in Japan
As of 5 July: 32,550,165 people
(25.9% of the total population of 125.47 million on 1 June)

Good night. Have a nice dream.

Wear a mask and wash your hands.
Stay safe and healthy πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜·πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––πŸ––
