Sunday, 2 May 2021 – Green sunshine, early summer colours
Good evening from Tokyo under the third time state of emergency.
Day 8.
Now Japan is in the midst of the May holidays. However, the weather was stormy today. In the early evening, I saw a mysterious and beautiful sunset. The weather may not be fine tomorrow either. The temperature has been cool for this season. Usually, a normal year, I would jump for icecream by now. Today I had a hot cup of coffee and spent the day reading books and watching my favourite dramas. The dramas I watch are British mysteries and American crime investigation dramas. I don’t watch dramas with complicated relationships. The real world is complicated enough, I don’t want to watch it in dramas! Of course today I listened to a lot of Schumann. Every day I listen to lots of Schumann.
The situation with Corona in Japan is still the same as usual. It is very bad. I think until everyone gets the vaccination, I can’t hear any good news.
Today I post a video instead of photos. I recorded this on a walk a few days ago. The leaves of the cherry tree were very beautiful so I captured them. Its colours and light are of the early summer.
