1914年(大正3)着工、1917年(大正6)完成。
1923年(大正12)、関東大震災で全焼。
1927年(昭和2)、再建。
1989年(平成1)、昭和2年の再建時に省かれたドーム部、再建。

Designed by Shigeyoshi Fukuda and Shichigoro Yamada.
Construction started in 1914, completed in 1917.
It was burned down by Great Kanto earthquake of 1923.
Reconstructed in 1927.
The dome, which was excluded in 1927’s rebuilding, reconstructed additionally in 1989.
