Thursday, 9 September 2021 – Japanese Government announced the extension of the state of emergency again
Good evening from Tokyo under the fourth time state of emergency.
Day 60.
Finally, it’s almost two months that I’m living under this fourth state of emergency. 2021 has been almost entirely under the declaration of the state of emergency. Today, the Japanese Government announced the extension of the state of emergency for 19 prefectures, including Tokyo. I don’t know exactly how many times it has been extended. In Japan, the vaccination of the younger generation has finally started. However, it’s still not enough. And also here, like in other countries, the discussions about the third booster vaccination have started.
There is nothing good. It has been the same since the pandemic started. Now that it’s getting cooler, I’m thinking about going back to the autumn park. The leaves will be changing into beautiful colours soon. I want to capture those colours in my photos and post them here.
But now, I have many more spring photos in my hard disk. Today I post photos of cherry blossoms named Fukurokuju from my spring photo collection. They are so beautiful, gorgeous flowers like roses.
